Washing
The numbers in the wash tub correspond to the maximum washing temperatures that must not be exceeded.
The bar below the wash tub symbolises a gentle cycle.
A double bar indicates wash cycles with increased gentle cycle.
The crossed-out washing tub indicates: no washing with the machine.
The washing tub with one hand symbolises hand washing.
Ironing
The points indicate the temperature zones of the regulator irons. The crossed-out iron indicates materials that should not be ironed.
three dots = hot ironing ( 200C)
two dots = moderately hot ironing (150 C)
one dot = do not iron hot, be careful when ironing with steam (110C).
Professional dry cleaning
A= General common solvents
F= Cleaning with hydrocarbon solvents
P= Cleaning with perchlorenthylene
W= Wet cleaning
The bar below the circle symbolises a gentle process. The double bar indicates an even milder process.
Professional dry cleaning
The letters are intended for professional textile cleaners. They indicate the solvents in question. The crossed-out circle means do not have it professionally cleaned.
Tumble dryer
Tumble drying possible!
Tumble drying is not possible when the symbol is crossed out.
The dots indicate the drying level in the tumble dryer.

Tumble dry possible, normal temperature, normal drying cycle.

Bleaching
The triangle symbolises that chlorine and oxygen bleach are permitted.
The triangle with two bars indicates that only oxygen bleach is allowed - no chlorine bleach.The crossed out triangle means that the garment must not be treated with bleach.
