DESIGN
Whether fashionable, classical or functional – the design and development of our ladies' and men's underwear collections take place at our head office in Amriswil. We always make time for the more unusual projects such as the most expensive boxer shorts in the world or men's underwear that protects the wearer against radiation from mobiles.
MATERIAL
In Amriswil we knit the high-quality yarns from our suppliers on machines with up to 6,000 needles to create the basic material.
CUTTING
We have been careful to maintain the optimum fit for our products ever since 1849. Most of the materials knitted in Amriswil are also cut to size there straight away using state-of-the-art equipment. In the case of materials with a checked pattern, cutting to size is performed manually.
Each day we are committed to impeccable quality and the best wearing comfort. Because nothing comes closer to our skin than undergarments. This is why for ISA bodywear we exclusively use materials certified to Oeko-Tex®100.
In October 2022, we successfully passed the audit for the OEKO-TEX® STeP certificate at our production facility in Portugal. In the future, we will be able to label some of our products with the "MADE IN GREEN by OEKO-TEX®" label. You can find more information about "MADE IN GREEN by OEKO-TEX®" here.
The requirements of the global markets are manifold and dynamic. Only with systematic quality management can these also be successfully met in a sustainable way. Well over one million companies worldwide are currently certified to the internationally recognized ISO 9001 standard. With quality management, processes within the company are documented and continuously improved. The management system is a powerful management tool and helps to optimize customer satisfaction. In autumn 2022, we successfully passed the ISO 9001 certification and can therefore offer our customers even more quality.
